Somatic Dance is a guided, music-driven movement practice that supports emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and deep reconnection with the body, without needing to relive the past. While traditional therapy helps you understand what you’re feeling, somatic dance helps you move through and release it.

Each class weaves together dynamic meditation, mantra, breath-to-movement, and moments of free, ecstatic dance to create a grounded and liberating experience. Unlike an open ecstatic dance format, this is a facilitated, structured practice with guidance throughout—designed to help you feel safe, supported, and embodied as emotions arise and release. There is no choreography and no right way to move.

You’ll be invited to follow internal cues, allow the body to lead, and express what wants to move, always at your own pace and within your own limits. Somatic Dance works directly with the body’s innate wisdom, helping stored stress, emotions, and tension surface and release naturally. Rather than analyzing or revisiting old experiences, this practice supports real-time integration opening you to clarity, presence, and a sense of freedom.
